RETURN POLICY

Equipment sold by Myriad360 is backed by individual manufacturer warranties. All troubleshooting and replacement services will be through the manufacturer, and all items backed by a manufacturer warranty and/or a support contract are not returnable to Myriad360.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for refund or replacement. Please note that Myriad360 is subject to manufacturer return policies. If your request is approved by the manufacturer, Myriad360 will provide a return shipping label or arrange for freight pick up of approved items within the United States. All products approved for RMA must be returned in the condition in which they were approved (Sealed in the manufacturers original packaging and free from writing or other modifications or, Opened, with the manufacturers original packaging).

Myriad360 disclaims all warranties, including express or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, including any previous representations made, either written or oral. Myriad360 provides no guarantee whatsoever that any selected equipment or services will be suitable to your environment, nor that they will function with your existing equipment. You agree that any future representations of fitness of any equipment recommended for your network do not constitute a guarantee on behalf of Myriad360 of fitness for a particular purpose, or any other guarantee. In no case shall Myriad360 be responsible for supplying or providing funds for additional or replacement equipment, software or licenses, or costs related to replacement, upgrade or return of equipment including but not limited to restocking fees, shipping costs, taxes, labor and license fees.
