Jay Miley has over 25 years of experience in the IT value chain working for large enterprises like Ingram Micro and PCM, before joining Myriad360. He is responsible for all operational aspects at Myriad360. In his free time, he enjoys barbequing and vacationing with his family, as well as surfing, golfing, and skiing. He earned his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and his MBA from the University of Southern California.

Mike Sloan is the Executive Vice President of Revenue, and has over 10 years of sales and leadership experience. Mike joined Myriad360 in 2009 after receiving his MBA from Monmouth University. He is responsible for global sales across the company’s entire product and service portfolio.

Monica brings over 20 years of HR experience in both domestic and global companies in the financial services, food and flavor and medical device industries. She is responsible for leading the human resources strategy and programs for Myriad360. She has earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Miami University and a Master’s in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University.

Tanya Steele brings 18 years of experience in Program and Project management to Myriad360 in various industries from IT, Federal and Financial sector. She has obtained her Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification, PMP®, and other industry recognized certifications. As VP of the Program and Project Management Office, Tanya is responsible for ensuring we partner with our clients for their success and satisfaction.

Rick Kenney has over a decade of technical leadership experience garnered from past roles at Sun Microsystems and Dell. Rick joined Myriad360 in 2014 and was previously responsible for the success and direction of the Solution Architect, Project Management, and Professional Service teams. In his current role he leads of team of subject matter experts that are hyper-focused on improving client experience, increasing operational efficiency, and enhancing employee effectiveness. He served in the 101st Airborne Division and earned his B.S. from Austin Peay State University.
