Looking Back: A 360° View of 2022

Does it feel like 2022 flew past you too? Somehow it is already halfway through December, which means 2023 will be here before we know it. We at Myriad360 can’t help but look forward to the new year, joyful for new opportunities and ready to face new challenges for our clients. But on the journey to 2023, we don’t want to forget to take some time to look back at 2022 and review.
When looking back on last year, we reflect on one of our biggest accomplishments – improving the experience for our clients. They are why we do what we do. Myriad360 goes to great lengths to provide concierge service to every client, effectively serving as an extension of their team. We work to be Experts in You, getting to know our clients, their teams, their processes, objectives and goals, inside and out so they can rely on Myriad360 as Experts in Technology to provide them with the best solutions possible.
One way we’re improving the experience for every client is by growing our dedicated Myriad360 team by nearly 25% in 2022. We have expanded our footprint across the globe with a knowledgeable and talented hybrid team spanning all disciplines, from integration services to global logistics, data center migrations to cloud, and from networking to security, at all layers to serve our clients better into the future. We’ve also welcomed a new Chief Operating Officer, Chief Solutions Officer and Vice President of Project Management who are already making an immediate impact on Myriad360 and for our clients.
Another important part of making our client experience the best it can be is the way Myriad360 connects resources with our client’s needs – through assessments, workshops and health checks. Myriad360 currently offers a Zero Trust Architecture Workshop, a Vendor Inventory Security Sprawl Analysis Workshop (VISSA), and a Connectivity & Telecom Expense Management Assessment. Each assessment is unique and completely complimentary.
We’ve introduced a variety of new tools in 2022 too, like HubSpot and Splash, with the goal of improving our communication coverage and frequency with our partners and clients. Both are fully automated in a way that understands our clients’ behavior. And these tools keep our clients connected to Myriad360 through messages for events, campaigns, and more. They are both intuitive and easy to use and help us serve our clients more personally – our No. 1 goal.
We had a LOT going on in 2022, but we still made time for more partnerships and events. Myriad360 has hundreds of partners and each one helps us provide a top-notch client experience. From sponsoring the Palo Alto Ignite ‘22, to hosting a magical client appreciation event in November, we’re proud of the work we’ve accomplished together this year.
While we don’t do what we do for awards, they’re a great recognition that Myriad360 is moving forward, in the right direction. This year, we were honored to be recognized by Crain’s Best Places to work in New York City for 2022 and as Partner of the Year by Juniper Networks. Of all the companies, in all of New York City, we’re proud to be the best of the best. We hire the best and we show up for one another – and our clients – every day.
